Warner Bros. Studio Tour- Tokyo (Before You Go)

⚠️SPOILER WARNING⚠️

1. Don’t Underestimate the size of the tour!

The complete tour will take around 4 hours to complete. There is no time limit on how long you can stay inside the tour. The only part of the tour where there is a time limit is at the beginning where they introduce the Great Hall. Make sure to take all the pictures and look at the exhibits before they prompt you to move on to the next section of the tour. In the middle of the tour, you can have a break with a Harry Potter-themed cafe. Next to the cafe is also a Butter Beer stand.

2. Interactive Tour Activities

During the tour, you will be able to do various activities that will make you feel like you are a part of the film cast. Some include:

  • Being part of a quidditch match between Gryffindor and Slytherin through a green screen. A person will be guiding you on how you should act. Do not worry if you do not speak Japanese, they also guide you through hand motions and body language, making it easy to follow along.
  • Have you ever wanted to be part of the movie portraits? You will have the opportunity to take a mini video with various backgrounds to choose from. This video will then be placed in a portrait among all the other portraits.
  • Another green screen activity of flying on a broom through London and the Wizarding World.
  • Be on the cover of the Daily Prophet.

3. Food & Drinks

The only time you would be able to get food during the tour is midway through. Some of the locations at the studio tour are only available before or after the tour. Having breakfast is recommended because it might be around 2 hours before you reach the cafe in the middle of the tour. Also, expect to wait in line for some time to order and receive food.

* With the purchase of a butterbeer, you can keep the mug.
